Italian Fresh Pasta

Hands-on fresh pasta class at Central Market Houston (3815 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77027) on Thursday, November 12, 2026, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. In this basic pasta class, you'll master making, rolling, and forming your own fresh pasta from scratch and creating a few sauces that complement them. You will make the dough; form thin noodles, wide noodles, and sheets of pasta; and create three quick sauces, then sample the results as class ends. Ages 18 and up; guests 21 and older enjoy a glass of wine with the tasting. You will prepare: Angel Hair Pasta, Fettucine, Sheets of Pasta for Lasagna, Manicotti, or Cannelloni, Three Cheese Filling, Creamy Alfredo, Tangy Marinara, and Savory Pesto. You will be working with a small team in this class.
