You lie comfortably on a yoga mat while curated music guides the journey — no effort and no technique to learn, you simply receive. Experiences may include sensations of energy moving through the body, emotional release, spontaneous movement, visions and intuitive clarity, and waves of love, bliss, peace, or connection.
