Public Art Dedication: Feathers in the Wind

A new public art project titled "Feathers in the Wind" by Luis "Chispas" Guerrero, will be unveiled in City Council District 10. This artwork is a trio of larger-than-life birdhouses serving as a tribute to the backyard birds of San Antonio. The artwork encourages people to slow down, look up, and notice the wildlife that makes its home in the city's neighborhoods. Birding groups including the Mitchell Lake Audubon Center and the Bexar Audubon Society will be onsite to share information about our feathered friends!
