This CASI-sanctioned cook-off benefits the CASI scholarship fund, with Red Chili (chili grind only) judged and a 2:00 PM turn-in time; the cook entry fee is $30. A Bloody Mary competition with a noon turn-in and $10 entry offers 100% payback to the top three.
