Deep Release Breathwork

Deep Release: Somatic Breathwork for Release & Inner Processing. A supportive space to slow down, settle in, and loosen what's been held in the body. The session opens with an oracle card and a personal intention, followed by 45 minutes of somatic breathwork. Bring water and a blanket or layers for comfort. $15 for members, $20 for non-members.
