The Houston General Go Texan Committee's 23rd annual Houston Championship Chili Cook-Off is Saturday, November 21, 2026, 11:30 AM–4 PM at Traders Village, Gray Expo, 7979 N. Eldridge Road (off Hwy 290), Houston. Cook teams compete in Open Chili, Open Beans, People's Choice and Showmanship, with awards at 4 PM; plus a silent auction (11:30 AM–3 PM), live auction (3–4 PM), live entertainment, and taster cups available free to the public.
