McDade’s Colonial Supper 2026

About this event

On Nov. 19, 2026, the McDade Historical Society will host a Colonial Supper at 6 p.m. in honor of our nation’s 250th anniversary, featuring some of George Washington’s favorite foods – ham, biscuits, macaroni, fruit, apple and cherry pies. At 7:00, a silent and live auction will be held to raise funds for a new a/c inside the museum. Between the supper and auction, a quiz on the American Revolution will have some lucky winners walk away with “Revolutionary” prizes. Free event, donations welcome. Checks, cash and credit cards accepted for auction items. Call 512-273-5151 to reserve your seat.
